Full papers (Upto 15 pages in the CCIS one-column page format without author information, must be submitted through Easy Chair portal.

Important Points :

Each submitted paper will undergo double blind review process after initial scrutiny. Papers not conforming to the ‘Springer Proceedings Macros’ will be rejected. The CSI Program Committee regards plagiarism as a serious professional misconduct. All submissions will be screened for plagiarism by iThenticate®, and when identified, the submissions by the same author will be rejected at any stage of the conference even after the conference and after the publication of the proceedings online from the springer. The question of reimbursement of registration fees will not be applicable here.

Names and Affiliations of the authors must NOT be included anywhere in the paper during the initial submission. For the peer review purpose, self-references are NOT permitted. If the author needs to refer his/her own paper the reference MUST be made in third person in text description of the submitted article. Any attempt to reveal author details and affiliation at the time of initial submission will lead to rejection summarily of the paper without further processing.

All papers that conform to submission guidelines will be evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. Acceptance of papers will be communicated to authors by email. The authors of the accepted papers will be allowed to make corrections in accordance with the suggestions of the reviewers and submit final camera-ready papers within the stipulated deadline. All camera ready papers must be prepared in conformance with reviewer’s report.

Final Camera-Ready Paper Submission :

The format for the camera-ready manuscript is available above. Please follow the format and reviewers’ comments strictly and submit your camera-ready manuscript in a zip file which will contain scanned copy of the payment proof, filled-up and signed copyright form, Camera-ready paper both in word/latex as well as PDF format, Author’s agreement within stipulated time through your easychair account. Also complete your conference registration formalities by filling up the registration form and paying the registration fees.

The following documents are to be uploaded in the Easychair in a zip file:

  • • Scanned copy of the payment proof
  • • Filled-up and signed copyright form
  • • Filled-up registration form Camera-ready paper both in word/latex as well as PDF format
  • • Signed Author’s agreement form

Please complete the registration and uploading of the above documents within stipulated time in order to ensure publication of the paper in the CCIS Springer. Also the zip file must be sent to csi2017kolkata@gmail.com. REGISTRATION and PRESENTATION of each paper is must to include the paper in the CCIS Springer. Your camera ready manuscript must contain followings Affiliations, address and emails of all authors At least three Key Words under keyword section All references should be referred from the text of the article along with some state-of-the-art references Both source(Latex/Word) and pdf version of the article Formatting must be as per CCIS Springer Template.

The papers for the International Conference should be within 15 pages in the Springer CCIS one-column format. All submissions are subject to screening for plagiarism by iThenticate®. Each paper should be registered separately with at least one full registration fee and papers only of student authors are eligible for student registrations (proof needed).
